Humanism is a non-religious life stance, rooted in celebrating life and treating others equally with respect, compassion and dignity.
As a Humanist I live by the golden rule of “treating other people as you would like to be treated in their situation”.

Yes! Humanist wedding ceremonies are legally recognised in Northern Ireland, and they have been since 2018.
This means your ceremony can be fully legally binding on its own, with no need for a separate registry office ceremony, allowing you to celebrate your marriage in a way that’s meaningful, personal, and non-religious.

I get it, a big wedding isn't everyone’s thing and it can feel totally overwhelming.
That's the joy of a Humanist wedding. I can marry you wherever you feel comfortable!
As long as you have 2 witnesses over 16 years old, then lets go!
My role is for you to have the wedding YOU want.

You can get married almost anywhere you choose with 2 notable exceptions, a church or a registry office.
You can choose a location with significance like your home, the beach, a forest, the mountains, a special restaurant or a hotel venue. Northern Ireland offers so many wonderful options.
I am prepared with my walking boots and heels ready for every eventuality.
On a personal note, I wait patiently for the call to marry a couple in a sunflower field.

Absolutely, secret weddings are so exciting, I’m looking forward to hearing from you to discuss what you’re looking for!

Of course! We can collaborate via video call, email, message and call to get to know each other to work on creating the ceremony you envisioned.

As a proud member of the LGBTQI+ community, my path to this role was personal. After entering a Civil Partnership in 2017, my partner and I supported the campaign for years for the right to marry. In 2021, we finally did.
One of the reasons I became a celebrant was for couples from my community to feel your love is safe with me. I make no assumptions about gender or identity. Whether you need help finding the perfect inclusive reading or help to write vows that actually sound like you, I will ensure your story is told with the respect and joy it deserves.

I was hoping you would ask!
I’m dog obsessed, dogs at weddings are my favourite thing. If its suitable with the venue, your pets are very welcome by me.
